Location - so convenient. Close to two subway stations (same block as Takaracho and one block away from Kyobashi). In fact, one could ride straight to or from Narita airport. But if with a lot of luggage, hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station where you can take a bus to and from the airport. If you're traveling with a baby stroller though, do note that taking the lifts from Kyobashi or Takaracho may throw you off to an exit maybe one or two blocks away, but still very walkable. Room - comfortable, clean, and pretty much has everything one should need (some amenities like coffee, tea and toiletries are available for free at the lobby) for a short stay. Special shout-out to their Japanese-Filipino staff, Nicole. Always a relief to have someone speaking your language. Lessens the stress of being in a foreign place. She was new at the property but very helpful and knowledgeable.

I enjoyed staying here so much. It was easy to reach from the airport without needing to change lines. The hotel is near two useful metro lines and the Tokyo Station. Staff at check in and check out were very helpful and cheerful. I found the room to be on the small side but very comfortable, clean and was tidy. Everything I wanted was there. Breakfast was very good. A special thanks to the friendly, smiling and always welcoming lady in the breakfast room.

I had a Double Room with Small Double Bed. Small room by western standards, but typical for Tokyo for that price. Nice dep tub for soaking after site seeing day. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Nine minute walk to Tokyo station; three minute walk to Takaracho Metro (A7) (Toei-Asakusa line); four minute walk to Kyobashi Metro station. Cleaning room on demand (except the do clean every 3 days regardless). Staff polite and helpful. Laundry machines good.

David

Friendly reception staff and nice spacious reception area with sofas which are comfortable if you arrive before check in and need to rest. Quiet location in a side street, really close to several metro lines and Tokyo station which were our main reasons for booking, so very accessible for exploring Tokyo at great value for money. Perfect base for exploring Tokyo at a reasonable cost in a quiet and safe area, with friendly staff

Francesca

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Plus they could converse with you in English. The hotel is located in a less busy part of Tokyo and, while there aren't a lot of restaurants in the immediate area, there is a Family Mart right around the corner. The bathroom is quite spacious! Not the usual unit bath and my son enjoyed washing his hands in the faucet, which was just right for him.
